Scenario 6 - The Kessel Run

There was a legendary story told about a certain smuggler in the old times. These days no one is sure whether the smuggler was a real person, or if they were just the element of some heroic story.

The exact details of the story are vague but elements of it have taken root among the smuggling communities present among the settlements around the ghost city.

The name “Kessel Run” is one of those elements that has lingered from the old stories. It has come to mean a clandestine smuggling operation through a dangerous area.Those who can perform a Kessel Run in the quickest time, or using the shortest distance, are accorded great status among the smugglers, sometimes even being granted items or knowledge that they wouldn’t normally have access to.

The opportunity to perform a Kessel Run only happens occasionally, and the smugglers are very careful about who they choose for these dangerous undertakings. Only a lucky few are ever been given the opportunity to attempt more than one, and those who turn one down are never given the opprtunity to try their luck again.

Ghost City Raiders is a game for two or more players using the Pocketmod format. Eight tiny pages describe everything you need to know in order to play the game. Each player gets an eight page booklet that describes their character, and they ways the rules change for them. The specific stories are told in the form of eight page scenario booklets.
