Although this application is not supported to the extent that it should or could be, we at Xandegar’s Adventure Realm LOVE IT and use it regularly in all our games and products. To quote the site:

There are a number of unofficial support groups out there with many users contributing to this application with content from various sources. We wish to add to that content by offering various OGL products that have either not already been produced and distributed, or simply have not been updated or converted to 3.5 edition.
Please note that any products that we use to produce DM Genie files are already OGL and that the original product should be purchased (if it is not free) for maximum enjoyment and use. These files are in no way the complete content of the product—usually only the skills, classes, feats, items etc. that the product contains have been converted for use with DM Genie.
